21st November 1847

Mary Brewster, SUNDAY NOVEMBER 21st [1847]: “Wind continues about the same — squally and cool. Hail rain and snow visit us in regular procession. I have had the stove put up which makes it very warm and comfortable within [the cabin]. We all feel better for the cool weather, feel more strong and blest with a good appetite…   LAT. 50.54   LONG. 116.10.”
