June 12 [1847 and 1858]

Mary Brewster, SATURDAY JUNE 12th [1847]: “Employed most of the day in packing and getting ready for Hana and our journey. Towards night we all went out to ride. I had a new horse, one which I shall take for the journey. A great number out riding dressed in all colors and the general costume. Received a neat pretty box from Miss Smith as a present. Had a note from Charley who will start with Mr. Whittlesey in the boat and we shall meet them at Olowalu next Tuesday if nothing occurs –“

Mary Lawrence, [Fri.] JUNE 13 [1858]: “Same as tenth, with some rain.”

Eliza Williams did not make any journal entries from June 5-13, 1860.
