10th April 1847

Mary Brewster, SATURDAY [April] 10th [1847]: “For the last two days the wind has blown and we have had considerable rain. Some of the ships have dragged and run against each other with no little injury, The Canada dragged and they got underway and went out to sea. I feel lonely and sad and all weather is alike.”

Mary Lawrence did not make any journal entries from April 7-10, 1858.
