April 3, 1847

Mary Brewster [At Lahaina, Maui], SATURDAY 3rd [1847]: “A number of ships arrived today. Several captains called this evening, one of them four months from New Bedford reports having seen the new ship Betsy Williams from Stonington [CT]. I hope in a few days she will arrive and by said ship get a large quantity of letters.”

Mary Lawrence did not make any journal entries from March 30-April 5, 1858.

Eliza Williams did not make a journal entry for this date in 1860.
