16th December 1846

Mary Brewster, WEDNESDAY [Sept.] 16th [1846]: “We are quite alone. The boatsteerers are all on the Island. Two of the mates and one of the boats most always away which makes our numbers small on board. I have been cutting up cloth and preparing work and fixing clothes as it is a fine place for sewing, so still and pleasant.”

Mary Lawrence did not make any journal entries for Dec. 16, 17, 1857.

Eliza Williams did not make any journal entries between Dec. 14-18, 1859.
